At Veterans Hauling Service, junk isn’t always junk. Whether it’s a gently used sofa, a clean set of dishes, or clothing that still has life in it — we make every effort to keep reusable items out of landfills and in the hands of people who can use them.
We donate usable goods to trusted local organizations — shelters, churches, thrift stores, and veteran assistance programs. If it can be reused, we’ll find the right place for it. From furniture and appliances to clothing and kitchen items — we sort, separate, and deliver items that can be repurposed.
Veterans Hauling Service arrives at your property to assess and remove items. You don't need to pre-sort anything.
We identify donation-worthy items, recyclables, and debris — sorting on-site so usable goods don't end up in a landfill.
Donations go to local organizations. Recyclables go to proper facilities. Everything else is disposed of responsibly.
Items that don’t qualify for donation are recycled when possible. Metal, cardboard, appliances, and electronics are sorted and delivered to appropriate recycling facilities.
To keep our donations safe and useful, some items cannot be donated. We will still haul them away — they’ll go to the appropriate disposal or recycling facility instead.

We look at condition, cleanliness, and whether a local organization can realistically accept the item. If it’s in usable shape, we make every effort to route it toward donation or recycling.
Yes. Metal, cardboard, appliances, and electronics are recycled when facilities allow. Items that cannot be donated or recycled are disposed of responsibly at licensed facilities.
